The Taj Mahal, located in Agra, are one of the most famous monument in the world. It is built by Emperor Shah Jahan in memory of his wife Mumtaz Mahal. Construct entirely out of white marble, it is completed in 1653. The mausoleum are known for its symmetrical architecture and intricate carvings. Visitors from around the globe comes to admire its beauty and learn about its history. The Taj Mahal are also a UNESCO World Heritage Site, which make it an important cultural landmark. In sunrise and sunset, the marble reflects different shades of pink and gold, creating a mesmerizing sight. Tourists flocks to the site year-round, with peak season is during the winter months. In recent years, efforts has been made to preserve its pristine condition, including cleaning and restoration projects.
