The theme for International Yoga Day 2025 is “Yoga for Self and Society”, reminding us that yoga not only helps us grow as individuals, but also helps build a peaceful, healthy, and united world.
Now let me ask you — have you ever felt tired, anxious, or distracted? We all have. And that’s where yoga comes in. Yoga teaches us how to breathe better, think clearly, stay calm, and live a balanced life.
Let’s look at some of the amazing benefits of yoga:
